Your e-mail will be seen by your doctor's secretary who will then pass it onto the doctor, or deal with it herself (when this is appropriate).Please use this service for simple questions about your medication and treatment, requests for continuation sick notes (these are notes which follow on from a previous sick note) and similar matters.We cannot diagnose illness by e-mail, so please do not use this service if you are unwell and need help or advice. E-mail is not a totally secure medium so we cannot guarantee confidentiality. We will do our best to reply to you as soon as possible but cannot guarantee to do so within any particular time limit. If your question is of an urgent nature please telephone us.
