us by telephone on the day you need to be seen and we will do
our best to accommodate you, if at all possible, with the doctor
of your choice. Please try to ring between 8.30 and 9.00 am.
If
you do not have a telephone you can call into reception in person
from 8.10 am, but you will have to be prepared to return later
for your appointment. The surgery Receptionists are available
to speak to face to face, from 8.10 am until 6.30 pm.
Speaking to a doctor or nurse during surgery opening hours
If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse and the clinician
is not consulting, your call will be put through to the clinician.
If the clinician has begun surgery, you will be advised of the
time when he/she should have finished seeing patients and to
ring at that time. If you ring again and the clinician is still
not available to take the call, the Receptionist will give your
telephone number to the clinician to ring you as soon as they
are free to do so.
